| How Program is Funded: |
Grant Funded. Unsure. I do not deal with any of the grant management. The School is the Fiscal Agent/Manages the grant. |
Evidence of Effectiveness:
2 month pilot project completed 3/04-6/04
How do you know your program is effective: Weekly Progress Notes from Teachers. 30 day monitoring of child. 60 homes visited in 2 months. 85% increase in school atendance on cases worked on in those 2 months.
What has not worked in the program any why: Continuing to develop and evaluate the program. In some cases, absences continue but parents learn to send documentation and get the absences excused.
