Description: Youth Building Success Enhancement a 501-c-3 is estabblished in Waller County Texas a rural area with high truancy rate. we establish a contract on parent and student we have strategies and methods to motivate and encourage them to return to school,we teach STEM (Science, technology,Engineering and Math when the contract is finish there is know fine on the family we encourage STEM
