Description: This is a drop out prevention program with one couselor. I incorporate counseling, guest speakers, field trips, life skills classes , why try class, consultations with teachers and admin.In addition I am trying to incorporate more of the hispanic culture in our school with latin redi staitons to make appearances.Finally I am running 4 groups for various problems.

How do you know your program is effective: We have not finalized our numbers at this time.

What has not worked in the program any why: I am still evaluating this.
