How do you know your program is effective: Based on longitudunal studies already conducted by outside agents as well as ongoing program evaluations being conducted "in house."

What has not worked in the program any why: Finding suitable mentors for at-risk populations has and continues to provide a challenge to the successful implementation of the program.
