CINS/FINS Services. Provides residential and non-residential services on a short-term basis to children and families of children who are truant, runaway, ungovernable, homeless or otherwise at-risk or in crisis. Services include screening and assessment, case management, counseling, crisis shelter for youth 10-17, referrals, etc. Service area includes the counties of Leon, Taylor, Madison, Jefferson, Liberty, Franklin, Wakulla and Gadsden counties in North Florida
