At each level children and their parents are offered social services, if necesary, but encouraged to act with legal consequences.

How Program is Funded: Currently, we are funded with two state and federal grants. We are in the process of seeking permanent funding from county sources.
Evidence of Effectiveness: Internal evaluation completed, External evaluation in progress, External evaluation completed, Preliminary results available (includes draft papers, powerpoint presentations, etc.), Final evaluation report available

How do you know your program is effective: Data is kept to compare the number of warning letters mailed to the number of court cases filed, as well as comparison to court filings prior to given districts' participation in this program.

What has not worked in the program any why: We have not yet found any significant failures in our program. With time, however, we will be able to compare our statistics to local juvenile crime statistics and school attendance and dropout rates.
