Welcome

Engaging in school is critical to ensure the success of a child's future!

The National Center for School Engagement was established as a result of more than a decade of educational research conducted by The Partnership for Families & Children, formerly known at the Colorado Foundation for Families and Children.  NCSE makes many resources available on this site concerning school attendance, attachment, and achievement - the 3 A's

NCSE partners with school districts, law enforcement agencies, courts, and state and federal agencies to support youth and their families to be engaged at school.  Services include training and technical assistance, research and evaluation, and information and resources.
